CLUB SERVICES

Here is a brief synopsis of my report as Club Services Director.

1) Thanks to Neil and Cedric and the others who prepare the setting for our weekly meetings.

2) Thanks to Heather and Lorna for coordinating the social activities which include a gathering at Barbara Bristol's on Oct. 30 and Rotary Christmas party on December 20 (location TBA).

3) Meetings on October 25, November 1, and November 29 will be at the Oak Bay Rec. Centre.

4) New member vocational talks will be scheduled in the new year by Ted Chambers.

5) Our Tuesday meeting slate is full till the end of the year.

6) There will be no speaker at the November 29th meeting as this is the 5th Tuesday of the month.

7)  There be no meetings on Dec 20th or Dec 27th and we will resume on Jan. 3.
