CLUB SERVICES (Administration)

DUTIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Find interesting programs for the weekly Club meetings; if possible use 'the theme of the month' as a subject guide.

2. Send a weekly reminder to the Club members responsible for the 5 positions listed in the Duty Roster for the upcoming meeting. Finding replacements when necessary.

3. Send a reminder to the upcoming speaker - see Form below for example.

4. Keep the Duty Roster compiler abreast of membership changes.

Your talk should be 20-25 minutes maximum. The meeting format is Lunch, Club business, and lastly the guest speaker. Please advise if you have any audio/video requirements in advance so that we can ensure that there are no technical difficulties. Depending on the software program used, some programs do not work on the Oak Bay Recreation Centre equipment. If you will be using our equipment we suggest that a copy of the program be provided to Bernie  at the Recreation Centre a few days in advance so that we can test whether it will work properly.
